Soobin Lee is a ceramic artist currently pursuing her studies at the esteemed Royal College of Art. Soobin's artistic oeuvre is anchored in the materiality of ceramics and clay, and she has further refined her skillset in the domain of glaze and raw materials since enrolling in the RCA.
Currently, Soobin's artistic practice is fixated on the confluence of her emotional states and materiality expression. Drawing inspiration from the overcast skies of London, Soobin's concept takes on two distinct forms: hand-built vases and sculptures composed of painted clay. Through her artwork, Soobin presents her introspections as a youthful artist, navigating the uncharted territories of unfamiliarity.
