Hi I'm Ruqian, a FAM student at the RCA, and as a knitter I enjoy the creativity of knitting and the special structures and tactile sensations it presents on the body.Drawing is my way of expressing and documenting and I am committed to exploring the relationship between knitting, special materials and the body through the study of drawing patterns, colours and materials. Presenting wearable sculptures with a visual effect.I am currently experimenting with the combination of glass and knitting and am very keen on the collision of two very different materials.
