Ken Chen is an Experience and Service Designer based in London, NYC and Shanghai. Through a humanity-centered design approach, Ken creates experiences for services, apps, websites, interactive installations, and new media art. His works focus on engaging, immersing, and exciting people within the intersection of creativity, business and technology.
Ken trained in Interaction Design from 2016-2017. In 2022 he received a BFA with Honour in Design and Technology at Parsons School of Design in New York City. At the same time, he obtained a minor in Creative Entrepreneurship. He is now pursuing an MA in Service Design at the Royal College of Art in London.
