Desmond Tang is a Hong Kong-born architectural designer in his first year of the Architecture MA programme at the RCA. Desmond graduated from the University of Bath in 2021, where he was shortlisted for the Happold Foundation design prize. Desmond spent a year at Grimshaw Architects in London, where he was involved in several large-scale infrastructure projects around the world.
Desmond believes that good architecture could act as catalysts for social betterment. Working with ADS5, he is currently exploring how architecture could help improve the living conditions of refugees.
