Sustainable Impressions

Experimental, research-based work focused on creating natural, bio or upcycled materials that could be used in various creative practices.
Climate Crisis

Our exhibition aims to showcase the innovative work of four artists and designers who have come together to experiment with biodegradable materials and create a unique art installation. The exhibition will feature a collection of samples that were created through the experimentation process, highlighting the different textures, shapes, and colours of these materials. The samples will be strung together and displayed in a picture frame, creating a visual representation of the collaborative efforts of the four artists. The artwork will blur the boundaries between painting, sculpture, and design, showcasing the versatility of these materials and their potential to be used in various art forms. The exhibition will not only celebrate the creativity of the artists, but also promote the importance of sustainability and environmental consciousness. It will serve as a platform to inspire other artists or designers to follow in our footsteps and explore the potential of sustainable materials in their own artistic endeavours.

Exhibition Goals:

• To showcase the experimental work of four artists and designers who have explored the potential of biodegradable materials.

• To promote the importance of sustainability and inspire other artists and designers to explore the potential of sustainable materials in their own artistic practices.
